Clock in in 3 seconds
From any device, or on a tablet at the entrance in shared-terminal mode. When online, the time is set by the server, not the phone.
Shifts and rotas
Split and night shifts, rotas in PDF, and each employee sees theirs in their own dashboard.
Time off, breaks and absences
Requests with the remaining days in view, breaks with start and end time, leave and sick leave.
Overtime every night
Calculated automatically once the day is closed. You decide whether it’s paid or compensated with time off, with an optional hours bank.
Corrections with history
If a clock-in is corrected, the original time, the new one, when it was changed and the reason are kept. Nothing is deleted.
Clocking in with no signal
With the Android app, the clock-in is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection is back, marked as made offline.
Inspector access code
An access code valid for 48 hours: the inspector sees the clock-ins in read-only mode and without your password.
Daily summary and PDF
Every day the summary arrives in your inbox, and you can export to PDF whenever you need it.
Location only when clocking in
If you turn it on, each clock-in stores where it was made. No tracking during working hours or outside them.
What it doesn’t do: it doesn’t include payroll, recruitment or document management. For most companies that choose us, their accountant already handles that, and we’d rather tell you before you try it.

Are taxes included?
Prices are shown without taxes. If any tax applies to your business, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The contract is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel whenever you want from your dashboard or by writing to info@checkingoapp.com. To stop the next month from renewing, let us know at least 5 business days before the renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and amounts already paid are not refunded.
Is anything charged during the trial?
No. When you sign up you add a payment method, but nothing is charged during the first 7 days. The first charge is on day 8, unless you cancel before. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
On the payment screen you enter how many employees you will add, which is the size of your account. If you later hire someone or your team shrinks, write to us and we’ll adjust the number of employees on your subscription.
Are there setup, installation or hardware fees?
No. There’s no setup fee and you don’t have to buy any device: employees clock in from the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, or with the Android app. If you want a fixed point at the entrance, a tablet you already have will do.
How do I pay and what invoice do I get?
Payment is monthly and handled by Stripe, so your card details never go through us. On the payment screen you’ll see the available methods, such as credit or debit card. Every month you get an invoice with the billing details you entered when signing up.
Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?
No. There is a single plan and it includes every feature: clock-in, shifts, time off, overtime, corrections with history, offline mode, inspector access and reports. It doesn’t include payroll, recruitment or document management.
Can I ask for custom development?
Yes. Custom development is quoted separately and added to the base plan of $19 a month. The cost depends on what needs to be built. Write to us and we’ll send you a no-obligation quote.
